Throw a pot

Come and have a go at throwing a pot on the wheel. Guidance is given all the way and you are assured of making a pot.

You can add decorations and colour to your pot which will be glazed in a clear glaze and ready for collection approx 2 weeks later.

From Age 9

Have a go at throwing a pot on the wheel.

No experience necessary.

Each person will have a go at throwing a pot with help, the others can watch or while they are awaiting their turn can make appliqued additons which they add to their pot before painting.

Up to 6 children £125

Duration approx 2 hours

Food and cake can be brought in. 

Everyone is assured of making a pot to be proud of before they leave.

All work is glazed and fired and ready in approx 2 weeks

 A chance for small groups to get together and have an evening with a difference.

 Groups of up to 6 people can come to the studio for an afternoon or evening.

 Each person will have a go at throwing a pot with help,  others can watch or while they are awaiting their turn can make appliqued additons which they add to their pot before painting which is done once the pots have been finished. There is no need for them to dry before painting.

 Drink and nibbles can be brought in.
Tea and coffee supplied - just bring your own cup

 £150 for up to 6 people. (Day)
